Pakcare International (Pvt.) Ltd. is an export-focused healthcare company established in 2024 as the international business division of Aayan Cotton Industries.
Built with a vision to serve the global healthcare market, Pakcare specializes in the manufacturing and international supply of medical, healthcare and hygiene products, with a strong foundation in cotton-based healthcare solutions.
Our manufacturing facility on Depalpur Road, Okara, Pakistan, combines established manufacturing expertise with controlled production processes to transform high-quality raw materials into finished healthcare products for hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions, pharmacies and home-care applications.
Pakcare began its international journey by developing markets across Africa, establishing relationships with healthcare businesses, distributors and importers throughout the region. This experience has provided us with a strong understanding of international market requirements, customer expectations and export logistics.
Today, Pakcare is expanding its international presence beyond Africa, with a growing focus on Europe and other global markets.
Pakcare was created specifically to serve customers beyond the domestic market. We operate as an international export business and do not operate in the local Pakistani market.

Every Pak Care product is made under one roof in our factory, under an ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015, GMP and CE certified quality system.
Raw cotton is selected, graded and opened at our factory.
Bleached with pure oxygen under high temperature and pressure for medical-grade cleanliness.
Fibres are cleaned and combed through multiple carding processes for a silky, soft texture.
Formed into rolls, balls, zig zag cotton, gauze and orthopaedic padding.
Moisture-proof machine packing keeps human contact to a minimum.

Our Premium Absorbent Cotton Wool Rolls are made from 100% pure natural cotton and processed through advanced carding, combing, and oxygen-based bleaching to ensure superior softness, cleanliness, whiteness, and rapid absorbency. Soft, skin-friendly, and low-lint, they are ideal for wound care, surgical and dental applications, cosmetic use, and personal hygiene.
Our Premium Non-Absorbent Cotton Wool Rolls are made from specially processed natural cotton fibers that retain their hydrophobic properties and resist moisture absorption. They provide reliable moisture protection, cushioning, and barrier performance, making them suitable for laboratory sterilization, glassware and test-tube plugs, protective wound padding, filtration, and cosmetic applications.

With 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, Mirza Muzamil Baig leads Pak Care’s global sales and marketing, working closely with distributors and buyers across international markets. He travels extensively to understand market needs, build strong partnerships and ensure products and solutions are delivered according to customer requirements.
Director Finance
Oversees Pak Care International’s financial operations, ensuring strong financial management, smooth export transactions and a stable foundation for the company’s international partnerships and growth.
